Announcements October 31, 2009 Happy Halloween! New Landscape Maintenance Contractor Dan’s Landscape and
Lawncare Inc is the new landscape maintenance provider for Hamilton Oaks. Our scheduled day for service is
Wednesday. Throughout the cool season
months services will be provided every other week. If you need to contact Dan’s for any reason

Association via email at hamiltonoakshoa@gmail.com Gate Closure For added security the gates will be closed 24-7. Lots will be cut on an as needed basis throughout
the year. We will also cut lots in the
week prior to major holidays. Utilities Just a reminder that all utilities in Hamilton
Oaks are the property and responsibility of the utility company. The fastest way to resolving any problems
is to call the utility directly. Below

504-304-4062 Address Changes Front Yard Landscaping All new landscaping and changes or additions to
existing landscaping (besides annuals) must be submitted to and approved by
the Hamilton Oaks Homeowners Association prior to installation. Any landscaping not submitted and approved
is a violation of the covenants and restrictions and subject to removal by
the association. Please call the
